Returns

• Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery while the courier is present.

• If the product is incorrect or there is a visible issue upon delivery, you may refuse the order and return it immediately to the courier.

• Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, returns are no longer available.

Exchanges

• Products may be exchanged within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and unworn, with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and the original box.

• QR Sneakers reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
